[Instructions]:
a. Make sure the power of Xaar 128 printhead Cleaner is off. Connect the Xaar-128 to the Xaar 128 printhead Cleaner. Be sure there is only one side can be connected on the connector of Xaar 128 printhead Cleaner. Also use the attached PVC tube to connect the inlet of print jet and syringe.
b. Put the print jet in a cleaning liquid vessel for soaking about 10 minutes. The time for soaking is depended on how much remains or how much dry of the jet. Make sure do not put whole jet in the cleaning liquid. Leave the connector on the top.
c. Turn on the Xaar 128 printhead Cleaner. Then manually slow to pull the syringe first time for about 10ml from the jet. Release the end of the syringe and drain the 10ml liquid if there is micro impurity.
d. Pull out the syringe and pour about 20 to 40 ml of cleaning liquid into the syringe, manually slow pushing the cleaning liquid into jet. Then repeat pulling and pushing manually to clean the jet. Make sure do not pull and push too hard to protecting the inside of jet. Continue this cleaning cycle for about 10 minutes.
e. Turn off the Xaar 128 printhead Cleaner. Take out the jet from the vessel and disconnect it from Xaar 128 printhead Cleaner. Using a syringe with cleaning liquid to visual checking the output of the jet to decide whether to continue the cleaning cycle or not.
